State Government has identified medical care as one of the key sectors from the perspective of overall health care and development of the State. Hon’ble Chief Minister vide point no. 244 of Budget Speech for financial year 2021 has announced new Rajasthan Government Health Scheme (RGHS). The ambitious plan of State medical facilities necessitates the infusion of all medical schemes under one roof and thereby restructuring it as Rajasthan Government Health Scheme.
Government of Rajasthan has been providing medical facilities to Hon’ble MLAs, Ex-MLAs and its State Government employees and pensioners through provisions under various Rules, Scheme and Medical Insurance Policies. State Autonomous bodies / Boards / Corporations are providing medical facilities through their own regulations. The main rules / schemes are as under:
- The Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Medical Facilities) Rules, 1964
- Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Ex-Members and Family Pensioners (Medical Facilities) Rules, 2010
- Rajasthan Civil Services (Medical Attendance) Rules, 2013
- Rajasthan State Pensioners’ Medical Concession Scheme, 2014
- Raj Mediclaim Policy
In addition to above, Ministers, Judicial Officers, All India Service Officers are also getting medical facilities under following rules:

Subscription to the Rajasthan Government Health Scheme Fund Dated 19-04-2022
1 जनवरी 2004 या इसके बाद नियुक्त कर्मचारियों द्वारा Rajasthan Government Health Scheme स्कीम का विकल्प लेने पर उक्त स्लैब के अनुसार कटोती होगी।

RGHS Deduction Rules
- Rajasthan Government Health Scheme Fund हेतु कटौती दिनांक 1 जुलाई 2021 का प्रभावी होगी। जिसकी कटौती माह जुलाई 2021 Paid in 1st अगस्त 2021 के वेतन के शुरू की जावेगी।
- 1-1-2004 को या उसके बाद नियुक्त कार्मिकों को राज मेडीक्लैम पॉलिसी में बने रहने या Rajasthan Government Health Scheme में लाभार्थी होने के लिए रजिस्टर करने में से किसी एक के चयन का विकल्प देना होगा। और यदि वे Rajasthan Government Health Scheme योजना में सम्मिलित होने का विकल्प देते है तो उनके वेतन से प्रतिमाह उक्त तालिका के अनुसार कटौती की जावेगी।
- 1-1-2004 को या उसके बाद नियुक्त सेवानिवृत्त कार्मिक इस योजना में उक्त मासिक Subscription पर शामिल हो सकते है, उक्त वर्णित दरों पर एक साथ 10 वर्ष की कटौती कराने पर आजीवन सुविधा के साथ इसमें शामिल हो सकते है।
